Pet Guidelines
One pet per suite
- 50% pet deposit required
- Pet must be approved prior to move-in
- All pets must be always leashed on property
- A $100 fine will be issued per incident for uncollected pet waste
- Pets are to be walked off property and not left unattended in yards
- Tenants are responsible for all pet-related damage or additional cleaning
- Excessive barking or disruption may result in reassessment of pet privileges
Tips for Pet-Friendly Living
We want both you and your pet to enjoy your home while keeping it in excellent condition. Here are some tips to help:
- Use pet-safe air fresheners or diffusers
- Keep nails trimmed to avoid damage to floors
- Vacuum and clean regularly to manage fur and odours
- Use off property outdoor areas for walks and bathroom breaks
- Wipe paws before coming inside to avoid stains on flooring or carpets
- Notify us immediately if your pet causes accidental damage – we’re here to help
